How will my bike arrive?
We will ship your bike to you via TNT courier. The bike will normally be delivered between 8am and 5pm on a week day. We do not offer a Saturday delivery service as whilst week day deliveries have a 98% success rate, we are yet to find a courier whose Saturday deliveries are reliable enough for our high standards. If you are not available to receive your bike in the week we suggest you either visit our store, opt to ship the bike to your work address or opt to ship the bike to a friend's address.
If the courier company miss you they will leave a calling card. You must then contact them and arrange a redelivery or visit their depot.
The bike will be packed in a large cardboard box and packaged to prevent damage during transit. When you receive the bike you will be required to remove the packaging, fit the front wheel using a Quick Release, fit the handlebar into the stem and fit any pedals to the crank arms. If you are not confident you can do this safely, or do not have access to a competent mechanic then we would suggest you visit our store or buy your bike from a reputable high street store.
