Who does Pedal On use for Delivery?
We use the Royal Mail and TNT for our deliveries.
Most items over 2kg and shipments where "Next Working Day" courier has been selected will be shipped by TNT.

Will I need to sign for my delivery?
Any goods of reasonable value will be shipped by a signed for Mail service or Courier. Please provide a delivery address where you will be available to sign for the delivery.

Do deliveries have to come to my home address?
You can select an alternative delivery address to your payment address by checking the box on the first checkout page (with the exception of finance purchases). |

What happens if I am out when the Postman/Courier tries to deliver?
If the Royal Mail or Courier try to deliver when you are out, they should leave a calling card showing a number you can call to rearrange delivery.

Where does Pedal On's Free Delivery apply to?
Free Delivery is available on all items to any location in the UK except on deliveries over 2kg (or too large for Royal Mail) to the following locations:
Northern Ireland, Scottish postcodes (HS; IV1-56; KW1-14; PA34,37,38,39; PH19-26,30-40,41,49,50; ZE), Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands

I am outside the EU, can you remove taxes?
If you live in Switzerland, Norway, Channel Islands or Gibraltar you can request that we remove VAT from your order. We will not do this automatically. Please place your order online and then email us your request, we will reply by return to confirm. The current VAT rate in the UK is 17.5%. Helmets, books and some energy foods are zero rated for VAT.
You may have to pay import taxes and VAT at your location, please check this with local customs before ordering. |

I am inside the EU, will I have to pay any taxes?
In the EU, taxes are paid locally. UK VAT is already included in the prices on our website you will not have to pay any other taxes when the goods arrive. |
