Does Pedal On offer Finance options?
Pedal On offers Finance options with bicycles. Our Finance provider is V12 finance. Due to the cost of offering finance, some promotions may not be or may only partially be available if you choose to pay by finance.

You can apply for finance online for home delivery, apply for finance online for instore collection or come into store to apply for finance.

Can I apply for finance by phone?
No.

How can I check the progress of my Referred finace application
If your finance order has been Referred for further checks you can call Hitachi on 0844 81 50050 to check its progress.

My finance application as been accepted, what happens next?
Once our finance partner, Hitachi, has accepted you finance application and received your signed documents (most customers are offered an E-Signature option online which makes this instant) they will electronically notify us that your finance application has been authorised.

We will then telephone you (weekdays, 9am-5pm) to collect your deposit and then confirm your order with you.
