|Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We cannot accept telephone orders.|
We can only accept orders from within the UK, some EU states Channel Islands. If you cannot find your country within the shipping section of the shopping cart menu then we can not deliver to you.
We accept credit card and debit card payment (VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Delta and Electron) and Paypal payments. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company/bank will convert the transaction to your own currency.
We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
Every attempt has been made to ensure that the prices and details of products on this website are correct. If we find we have made an error before we despatch your order we will contact you to advise of any price or specification changes. If after receiving your goods, you feel the goods do not match their description on the website then please follow our standard returns policy.
Before purchasing a bike from us, it should be noted all bikes will require a limited amount of assembly after shipping. If you are not a competent mechanic we suggest you get an experienced mechanic to assemble the bike for you. If you are still uncertain about what this may involve please contact us.
Some bikes are marked as SPECIAL ORDER items. Please check their availability with us before ordering, we cannot guarantee these items availability. It may also be necessary to order these items specially for you - if so they would then be classed as a custom order and different ditance selling regulations may apply.
Some prices displayed on the website may vary from those in our showroom, this reflects the reduced overheads of selling over the internet. However we would suggest you visit our showroom to see all we have to offer and benefit from the advice of our expert staff. There are also many instore promotions which do not appear on the website, our aim is to satisfy our customer by offering the best combination of advice and price we can.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
You can cancel an order at any stage before we have shipped it. To cancel an order please call 0118 9821021 or email email@example.com. If you cancel an order before we have shipped it you will not be charged. If you wish to cancel an order after we have shipped it to you please follow our RETURNS procedure once you have received the goods.

All EU postage is subject to a minimum £2.99 postage charge. Above the minimum charge objects are charged on weight per destination so you only pay what we are charged. This is calculated within the shopping cart and is displayed before submitting your final order.
Items under 2kg are sent via the Royal Mail and their European postage partners. This service is cheap and efficient. Items should arrive between 2 and 5 working days from their ordering date.
Items over 2kg (and bulky items) are sent via TNT Economy Express.
TNT Economy Express - Delivery 2 - 5 working days.
Delivery times depend on the location. Most major European Cities within 3 days. Due to the nature of this courier service, shipping orders over 2kg costs alot compared to postal services. All bicycles are processed as quickly as possible and shipped on a next working day courier AFTER being processed through the workshop, please refer to the bicycle's respective webpage for estimated delivery times and ADD 2 additional days.
Some of our items will require signing for upon collection. Should no one be available to sign for the item it may necessary for you to collect the item from the nearest postal/courier depot. We reserve the right to charge for costs incurred during failed deliveries.
All delivery times quoted on this website refer to working days and do not include weekends or public holidays. Orders placed after 2.30pm on friday are considered to have been placed on monday.
We do not guarantee the service of our couriers. Unfortunately, the UK courier distribution system is not 100% perfect, a small percentage of goods may not be delivered in accordance with the service we have shipped them on, we do not offer compensation in this situation.
|Back Orders We do are very best to ensure we only sell things we have in stock. If an item is out of stock it will be displayed by the product or you will not be able to added to your shopping cart. In the unlikely event you order something we are out of stock of we will contact you as soon as possible and give you the expected delivery time and the option to cancel.|
|Tax Charges All orders to the UK and EU will be charged 20 % VAT, unless the item is VAT free. All prices displayed on the website are VAT inclusive and you will be charged no additional taxes on the prices displayed with each product.|
Items shipped outside the EU (Channel Islands only) are sold without VAT. (Note, some products such as helmets are VAT FREE and would therefore show no price reduction). If you require the Tax deducted please contact us as, at present, this will not be done automatically.

ALL GOODS returned to Pedal On must be accompanied by a completed returns form:
At Pedal On we offer a Free returns policy on all items except Bikes and Spokes. This means that if you return goods to us for refund, exchange or for warranty claim we will not charge you a restocking fee. The restocking fee for bikes is £30, the restocking fee for spokes is £3.95.
All returned goods must;
Have a completed returns form
Be accompanied by the original order number (online purchases) or a copy of the till receipt (shop purchases)
Have all labels attached if returning for refund or exchange
All original packaging is intact and not defaced if returning for refund or exchange
Be unused if returning for refund or exchange
If we need to reship an exchanged item we will not charge you any further shipping costs if you are on the UK Mainland or if you are in the UK and the goods weigh under 2kg. If you are not in the UK or you are Offshore in the UK and the goods weigh over 2kg we will charge you for reshipping.
WRONG OR DAMAGED GOODS:
If you have received the wrong items from us or they are damaged on arrival then you will need to return them to us for replacement or refund. We will refund your postage costs (equivalent to Royal Mail first class recorded). Please return your goods by a recorded delivery service. Please notify us immediately of any problems with your order when it is received. We will only refund or replace incorrect ordamaged goods up to 28 days after the purchase date (or January 31st for Christmas Orders).
GOODS FOR REFUND:
We will happily refund goods up to 28 days after the purchase date (or January 31st for Christmas Orders) should you decide you do not want them. We will not refund any postage charges from the original order. We will refund you by the same method you paid for the order. For Credit/Debit card refunds this can take up to 10days to show on your statement. IF you have purchased goods in our Tadley store we cannot refund them without your presence.
GOODS FOR EXCHANGE:
We will happily exchange any goods which are the wrong colour or size up to 28 days after the purchase date (or January 31st for Christmas Orders). Please state on the returns form the desired replacement.
GOODS WITH FAULTS:
If you have received goods that have developed a fault within 2 weeks of delivery then it is considered an IMMEDIATE fault. If the goods have developed a fault after 2 weeks but before their warranty period ends, then it is considered a WARRANTY fault. With respect to bicycles, we will treat a fault with a component of a bicycle in isolation and not consider it a fault with the bike a whole.
Immediate Faults - If it is established that the goods are faulty we will send you a replacement or repaired product free of charge and also refund your postage costs. The refunded postage amount will be based on the amount we would pay to ship the item to you on the shipping service selected with your initial order. If you decide you do not want a replacement item we will refund the good's original total but not refund your postage costs. If the total amount we need to refund you is greater than your original sale we will need to contact you by phone to collect payment details as we can only refund upto the original transaction amount automatically. We cannot refund items which use software which has been registered. We cannot refund whole bicycles for faults which have developed with an individual component part once the bicycle has been used, in this case, the component part will be treated as a faulty item in isolation.
Warranty Faults - All our products are from official suppliers and are covered by their respective manufacturers UK warranty. We will act as the manufacturer's agent and proceed with your warranty request following their guidance. You will be liable for the return postage cost to us. If it is established that the goods are faulty we will send you a replacement or repaired product free of charge.
PACKAGING and POSTAGE:
If you are returning goods to us please ensure they are adequately packed. Even if we have sent you the wrong items you have a legal responsibility to take care of the goods, this includes packing them adequately. If you are returning a bicycle please take extra care to ensure no parts of the bike can move against one another. We strongly recommend shipping goods back to us using a recorded delivery service.
If you have received discounted goods as part of a sales package we will only be able to offer a refund if ALL the goods are received in a resaleable condition, we will be happy to replace a component of an order should that prove to be faulty.
The Legal bit:
As a retail customer you are protected by the Sale Of Goods Act and Distance Selling Regulations. We believe our returns policy goes well beyond the requirements of both pieces of legislation. Our aim is to offer the highest standard of service possible and in the unfortunate case of there being a problem with your order, we will do our best to remedy the problem as quickly as possible and in a fair and reasonable manner.
