Working at Pedal On

Pedal On is no ordinary bike shop. Pedal On is one of the UK's largest independent specialist cycle retailers and our aim is to be the leading supplier of specialist bicycles in the UK. We're currently ranked the number one bike shop in the UK in Trustpilot's review rankings which we've achieved by having a fantastic team of staff who strive to give our customers the very best experience.

Our people are the heart of our business and the only way to achieve our goals is by having happy, engaged and well trained staff. It's written into our mission statement that we aim to be a happy and safe place to work where staff want to stay forever. Furthermore, Pedal On is an Employee Owned Trust. This means that employees at Pedal On indirectly own a share of the business, are eligible for tax free bonuses (dependent on company performance) and are put at the centre of management decision making.

At Pedal On, our focus is on enthusiast cycling. The bicycles we sell are priced between £700 and several thousand and feature the latest in bicycle technology. This means our staff get to work with fantastic and exciting products and are there to help and support passionate and enthusiast cyclists. All of our customers deserve a prompt and professional service but because of the common connection we have through the shared passion of cycling this is always achieved in a relaxed and enjoyable manner. This makes working at Pedal On both a rewarding and enjoyable experience.

As well as paying our staff above the industry average, benefits of working at Pedal On include a company pension, staff bonus scheme, staff cycle to work scheme and access to trade pricing of bikes and parts.

If you would like to join our team, please send a CV and cover email to jobs@pedalon.co.uk or call in and have a chat.
