We offer a free shipping service to all UK, CI and IOM locations on orders worth £20 or over. This free service is restricted to non bulky items under 2kg for a limited number of addresses where our shipping partners incur additional delivery costs.
We aim to despatch all orders placed before 1pm the same working day (97% of orders achieve this target), we use Royal Mail First Class post or TNT Courier. Please allow up to 5 working days for your goods to arrive.
All bicycles are processed through our workshop as priority items. After workshop processing they are shipped on an express courier. After completion in the workshop, delivery is normally the next working day (except NI, CI, IOM and Highlands*) . Delivery of your bicycle can be expected between 9am and 6pm. If you are not likely to be at home to receive your goods we recommend using an alternative delivery address (not available with Finance or Cyclescheme) or consider visiting the store. For guidance on bicycle delivery lead times, please see estimated delivery times on the respective bicycle's web page.
*Bicycle delivery to NI, CI, IOM and Highland locations may take an additional few days. This is due to the additional logistical processes involved in delivery to these locations such as customs handling, ferry crossings, third party final delivery and extra distance.
Order before 1pm on any working day and receive your goods the subsequent working day. Orders placed after 1pm will be shipped the next working day for delivery on the subsequent working day. We use either Royal Mail Special delivery or TNT/Fedex Courier for this service.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays, national holidays, Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.

You can view your order progress my logging into your account or by clicking Recent Orders and entering your order number and postcode.
Most orders that are sent by Royal Mail are sent on a tracked service (Unless under £30 value). Orders sent by Royal Mail Tracked or Special Delivery services will be followed up by a tracking email from Royal Mail. You will normally receive this email in the evening on the day of despatch.
Orders sent by TNT/Fedex (Bikes and bulky items) will be followed up by a tracking email from TNT/Fedex. You will normally receive this email in the evening on the day of despatch.
Goods shipped by courier or on our Express service will require a signature upon delivery. Please provide a delivery address where you will be available to sign for the delivery.
If the Royal Mail or Courier try to deliver when you are out, they should leave a calling card showing a number you can call to rearrange delivery. Alternatively, they may leave your goods with a direct neighbour, this will be noted on your calling card.
If you do not think you will be in to sign for your goods, you can select an alternative delivery address to your payment address by checking the box on the first checkout page. Note - Bike purchases paid for by finance can only be delivered to the address used to apply for finance.
Our shipping partners do not offer a delivery time slot service. However, for the delivery of bicycles, if you require delivery on a specific day or delivery on a morning service then please contact us after placing your order as this can normally be arranged.
If you are only available to receive deliveries in a narrow time window then please consider delivery to an alternative address (not available with payment by Finance) or collection in store.
You can select an alternative delivery address to your invoice address by checking the box on the first checkout page (with the exception of Finance and Cyclescheme purchases).
Channel Island customers will have VAT removed from your order at the checkout.
VAT is shown as a seperate line in your shopping cart this will be shown as a deduction when you select a relevant destination in the first page of checkout.
The current VAT rate in the UK is 20%. Helmets, books and some energy foods are zero rated for VAT.
When you import goods into the Channel Islands you may be liable for VAT and handling charges. We recommend checking with your local customs office before importing.
If you are receiving free items under our Podium Point scheme please note that these will be declared as a "Free Gift" with a nominal value of 50% of their normal price shown on the invoice. A corresponding discount will be shown on the invoice to maintain the correct order totals.
We offer shipping to BFPO addresses. VAT will be removed at checkout. The current VAT rate in the UK is 20%. Helmets, books and some energy foods are zero rated for VAT.
Please note, due to size restrictions, we cannot ship bicycles, wheels or other bulky items to BFPO addresses. Orders are restricted to 2kg to allow shipping by Royal Mail.
